This role requires working from our Utah office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Be a reporting wizard! Develop & manage the HR team and managers with their data requests and scheduled reports through Business Intelligence
· Create, maintain and evolve cloud-based integrations across Cricut’s eco-system of HR tools (Benefits, Compensation, Performance Systems & Recruiting)
· Provide technical and administrative support to the HR team by processing new hires & terminations timely and accurately maintaining employee records
· Partner to support internal/external audit requests
· Owner of all HR systems including HRM (UKG), employee experience system, performance management & employee survey system (Lattice), global payroll system (CloudPay), internal intranet (Cricut Central) and Design Space access for employees
· Analyze current use of HR systems and propose value add/efficiency improvements
· Resolves HRIS system issues, acts as “troubleshooter” for HR and Payroll, works closely with IT department, assists employees with logins
· Manages our internal employee portals with all HR updates
· Ensure org chart stays current and accurate
· Create a documentation system for all HR Ops processes
· Assist Payroll Manager with bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll preparation
· Host bi-weekly new hire orientation for systems, payroll & benefits
· Provide legendary customer service to our employees on daily inquiries and occasional on-call support
· Assist in benefits administration, open enrollment, and health and wellness programs
· Manage multiple file feeds & manual uploads
· Ensure user security for HR systems
· 2+ years’ experience with Ultimate Software (UKG) or combination of similar Cloud-Based systems with BI, Power BI or IBM Cognos
· Continuous improvement mindset – always looking for the “better way”
· Must be self-motivated with the ability and desire to actively learn and adapt in a growing organization
· Ability to apply HR Project Management skills, including, handling confidential material and details and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
· Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in problem resolution
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines and under limited supervision
· Knowledge of functional HR terminology and extreme confidentiality
· Must have the ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced work environment; including multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple projects and requests simultaneously
· Effective written and verbal communication skills to interpret and convey information for employees & stakeholders
