Are you motivated to provide HR support for a global consultancy that transforms some of the largest companies? Do you have a strong drive for delivering results and a desire to apply your HR skills in a dynamic environment? If so, you could be PA's new HR student. We are looking for an ambitious and pro-active student to join our Nordic/NL People team at our office in Copenhagen.

The position offers a unique opportunity to support on exciting tasks across the region and to get hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast paced workplace. You will work closely with our experienced People team within People Partnering and Talent Acquisition.  We offer you a versatile and challenging student job that will prepare you for a career within HR. You will have a unique opportunity to develop both your professional and personal competencies.

As our new HR Student, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • supporting Talent Acquisition activities, such as sourcing potential candidates and providing Employer Branding support.
  • assisting in the planning and execution of Learning and Development initiatives.
  • collaborating with our People Operations team in UK to ensure that procedures are followed correctly, including administrative tasks.
  • participating in People projects and ensuring that ongoing initiatives stay on track.
  • participating in long-term internal projects aimed at developing new people strategies.

You will get to work both independently and in teams within a flexible working setting. As a student, you will be part of a professional workplace while also having the opportunity to join weekly social activities.

It is also an environment that requires learning and new knowledge so that we can deliver brilliant work. We are therefore looking for someone with an open and curious approach to solving challenges and who is driven by acquiring new knowledge.

We think you will be a great fit if:

  • You are in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master's degree. 
  • You are studying in the field of HR.
  • You are methodically and analytically strong and can quickly familiarize yourself with and solve complex problems. 
  • You are ambitious, enthusiastic, and focused on delivering the best results. 
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills, and you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
