Summary/Objective: The Human Resources Administration Specialist is responsible for employee’s relation, benefits, recruiting, hiring as well as company administrative function.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers and schedule pre-recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
- Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
- Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow-up information from hiring managers for follow-up to candidates.
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
- Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, Job description administration etc.
- Manage the student/co-op program for all areas, including attendance at job fairs, campus career days, etc.
- Conduct orientation session for new associate/s.
- Conduct retention and probation plan for new associate/s.

Administration of company benefit and welfare program.

Administration of group insurance, medical checkup, and EAP program
- Responsible for employee benefit relation activities.
- General Office facilities support and human resource related administrative duties.
- Special projects as and when assigned by management.

Required Experience

0-1 or above years’ in related/ similar experience.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
6 month contract position with Samtec and may be extended based on the business requirements
Preferred Education
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / related technical or equivalent experience.
