Pay: $80K - $100K
About the Company: We are partnered with a global leader in brand automation software - This advertising SaaS platform is changing the agency experience for brands. We are looking for their first HR Specialist to join their team in the Toronto office. We need someone who understands technology and is comfortable working with multiple timezones.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Attract top talent and set them up for success.
- Employee Engagement & Retention – Build initiatives to keep our team connected and thriving.
- Policy & Compliance – Ensure our HR policies meet Canadian standards and align globally.
- Learning & Development – Identify training needs and support employee growth.
- Culture & DEI – Champion a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR experience (global/multinational exposure is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Canadian labor laws
- Proven skills in recruitment, engagement, and policy development
- Flexibility to support teams across time zones
