If you are an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR professional, skilled in understanding the many facets of human resources, you may be the person we are looking for. You will be responsible for the administrative management of human resources, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, participate in the implementation of HR policies on a national level, and act as the first point of contact for HR matters.
Full-Time, Office-based in Warsaw
You will:
- Maintain employment contracts and other mandatory documents in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Take charge of all issues related to work permits
- Implement, update and enforce HR instructions, both in terms of mandatory documents (internal regulations), and internal HR procedures and memos
- Organize Team Buildings and other company events
- Take charge of all issues related to occupational health, occupational medicine as well as psycho-social risks
- Organise training related to HR policies and safety at work and take charge of the HR induction of new employees
- Participate in company HR projects
- Manage employee benefits via the online portal
- Deliver HR reports as and when required
What are we looking for?
- Ideally, you will have a HR qualification
- Dedicated HR experience, ideally within an international environment
- Good knowledge of local labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and adaptability skills, allowing to work in a dynamic international environment
- Full command of Polish, as well as professional English
- Proficient use of MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outook
