As HR Specialist (m/f/d) - Global Mobility / Expatriate Management you will take over coordinative, operational, and administrative tasks related to expatriations from abroad (focus Japan) to Germany and from Germany abroad.
Your tasks:
- Coordinative and operational handling of international assignments including budget and invoice control;
- Assurance of the correct implementation of all regulations related to contracts, taxes, social security, and visa issues with the collaboration of payroll and tax advisory services;
- Support for expatriate payroll in cooperation with payroll department;
- Optimization and implementation of our company internal expatriation assignment policies;
- Preparation of assignments for our local employees going abroad including consulting of managers and employees as well as creation of assignment contracts;
- Support in coordinating the preparation of the expatriates’ income tax returns in cooperation with tax consultants and our payroll department;
- Assurance of smooth integration of our expatriates and their families in Germany or respectively in their host country (e.g. finding accommodation, authority visits, bank account opening, insurance, etc.) with assistance of external service providers;
- Continuous support for all expatriates and their families during their stay in Germany or respectively in their host country (incl. support in private matters);
- Coordination of external service providers and correspondence with authorities;
- Communication and coordination with/for Japanese top management;
- Administrative tasks (e.g. visa applications, driver’s license transfers, etc.).
- University degree (Bachelor, Master) or comparable education in Economics / Human Resources;
- Min. 3 years of experiences in Expat Management / Global Mobility required, also in relation to German authority processes (e.g. visa application, registration, child allowance);
- Business fluent German and English language skills (English is our business language);
- Driver’s license class B with driving experience;
- Good judgment ability and analytical way of thinking as well as very good communication skills;
- High service orientation and high intercultural competence;
- Team orientation and a reliable working style;
- High motivation and stress resistance as well as quick comprehension.
- Very good knowledge of the relevant PC applications (MS Office, Outlook).
