HR Specialist - GroupM Danmark

ARE YOU OUR NEW HR SENIOR SPECIALIST? 
 
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our People Operation Team. This role is essential in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle various HR tasks. 
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Collaborating with management and the People team to run the business from an HR perspective. 
  • Managing employee records and ensuring all HR databases are up-to-date and accurate. 
  • Preparing and processing HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork. 
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related issues. 
  • Coordinating and managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Supporting payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information and ensuring timely submission. 
  • Organizing and maintaining HR files and records. 
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition. 
 
As our HR Specialist, you will be a key player in leveraging our knowledge about our people and organization to make informed decisions. Overall, you have a deep experience in HR and in contributing to its smooth operation. 
 
YOUR PROFILE 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English. 
  • Customer service-oriented and approachable. 
  • Persistent and professional attitude. 
  • Systematic and flexible. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experienced in applying AI and machine learning to analyze and interpret data. 
 
Therefore, we hope that you have: 
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an agency or consultant business. 
  • Strong proficiency in HR tools and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI). 
  • Experience with payroll 
  • Indepth knowledge about the civil servants act (Funktionærloven) and experience in handling complicated cases  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
