In a nutshell: Are you organized and eager to learn? Do you like to work on your own projects? Do you enjoy being part of an international team?

As an HR Specialist (Graduate), you will support various companies within our organization, ensure smooth on-boarding processes for new employees, and assist with administrative activities. You will also participate in HR projects and create internal communications for employees.

Your main objective will be to act as the on-site interface between employees in supported Eurofins companies and Admin/Payroll team.

You will support the HR Business Partners team with administrative duties related to their scopes and projects, including the preparation, distribution, and archiving of contractual documentation.

You will have the opportunity to be the first line of support for employees regarding HR Admin queries.

Your responsibilities will include supporting on- and off-boarding processes by liaising with different departments (Admin Team, IT, Talent Acquisition).

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, including creating new ones, updating existing ones, and deactivating accounts for employees who are joining, leaving, or changing roles.

Education:
Master degree, preferably in social sciences.

Language: 
Perfect English language skills. 

Nice to have:
up to 1 year of experience in Admin Support role preferably in a corporate setting.

Your profile:
It’s great if you are interested in HR and have a basic understanding of labor law. You need to be a communicative person who enjoys working with clients and thrives in administrative tasks.
