Recruitment & Onboarding:
Recruitment Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Candidate Selection: Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure timely hiring decisions.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization by managing process,orientation, paperwork
Employer branding:Create and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media strategies, career fairs, partnerships with universities, and developing marketing materials to enhance the company’s employer image.
Implement employee salary & benefits, like:
Intern & Temp salary calculation
Emploiyee supplimental benefit ( like: Saving plan, festival gifts etc.)
Employee commercial insurance implement, include monthly tracking & update.
Social insurance and public housing fund management.
HR Operations & Administration:
HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including personal details, employment history, and performance data.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Assist in audits and reporting when necessary.
Benefits Administration: Help administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Documentation: Prepare and process employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and employment changes.
HR Initiatives
Engagement Initiatives: Support employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at improving workplace morale and company culture.
Project: lead or support projects/tasks related
Bachelor degree in Human resource management related area
2-3 years experience in HR functions
Have HR systems and processes related project experience
