Join us as an HR Project Manager and your tasks will be:
- Development and implementation of strategic concepts in close collaboration with our stakeholders
- Management and coordination of (international) projects, including planning, management and monitoring of project progress
- Building and maintaining international networks to promote global business relationships
- Analysis and optimization of business processes as well as development of recommendations for action
- Conducting workshops and presentations to communicate project goals and results
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality of project results
- Advising our customers on the topic of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and developing strategies to strengthen the employer brand
- Creating presentations and briefings on top management/board level
- Completed studies in business administration, business management or a comparable field
- At least three to five years of professional experience in a consultancy, ideally with a focus on strategic projects or business development
- Proven experience in building and maintaining international networks
- Strong conceptual & analytical skills and strong strategic thinking
- Experience in Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with agile working (tools, processes, etc.)
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
