We are looking for an experienced HR to oversee and coordinate HR Projects across all HR departments. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR operations across various functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR project plans, ensuring alignments with strategic HR objectives and overall business goals.
- Coordinate and lead cross functional project teams to achieve milestones within defined timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, update stakeholders, and address any issue or roadblocks.
- Collaborate closely with HR leaders across all functions to identify needs, gather requirements, and define projects scopes.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, timeline and deliverables.
- Generate and distribute periodic reports to measure project progress and highlight areas thatrequires attention.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize HR processes and HR delivery.
- Identify potential risk, develop mitigation strategies, and implement controls to minimize project disruptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field from AUC, GUC, or the Arab Academy. MBA or master’s in human resources is preferred.

5-8 years of HR experience with comprehensive knowledge across HR functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple HR projects with a focus on strategic alignment and cross functional collaborations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and HRIS system.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and stakeholder management skills.
