  • Evaluate and implement payroll platforms, ensuring seamless transitions during migrations and smooth integrations with HR systems.
  • Handle technical integrations, plug-ins, and updates within HR and payroll systems to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking contractor performance and providing continuous feedback to support their growth.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring policies and processes are well-communicated and adhered to.
  • Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies to meet organizational needs.

  • 4-5 years of HR experience, including experience in the gaming, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
