HR Ops Lead / Manager

HR Systems Management:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems and databases.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements and reporting capabilities.

HR Operations Management:

  • Streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR data analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

HR Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Team Management:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR operations team.
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and provide performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Project Management:

  • Manage HR-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other HR departments and business units to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Proven experience in HRIS implementation and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certifications in HR or project management.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software.
