Administer employees request that are raised over ticketing system (various confirmations, garnishments and employment related documents)
Maintains the garnishments in the system to be processed at next payroll run
Maintains HR Master data in the system in case of new hiring, contract element change or leaving
Registering employment at relevant national registers
Preparing all relevant employment documentation, prints and provide documents to the employees to be signed
Perform archiving process according to the procedure
Collects all documents related sickness and paid leaves and control the data maintenance of the leaves in the system
Performs control of working hours in the system
Prepare reports according to the requests delivered to HR Operations
University degree in economics or law
English Language Skills at minimum B2 level
