- Delivering HR service activities for the selected plant(s) regarding master data recording in HR IT systems, employee document preparation and reporting tasks
- Interacts with customers via telephone, electronic mail, or other means to resolve open issues and provide assistance in the completion of standardized HR transactions
- Continuously monitors quality and quick resolution of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance
- Maintains a customer friendly focus when dealing within customer issues, complaints, problems, etc.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR administration
- BA/Bsc in employment relations and social insurance or economics
- Confident in MS office
- Advanced in English
- Analytical mindset
- Precise in work
- SAP HR knowledge is an advantage
