The HR Operations Specialist is a key member of the People&Culture team, providing essential

administrative support to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including data management, onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance management, HR reporting, and general support to employees and managers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

o Process employee data changes, such as address updates, marital status changes, and emergency contact information.

o Manage employee lifecycle changes, including promotions and salary adjustments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is processed accurately

o Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payroll input

o Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.

o Manage the offboarding process, partnering with IT, payroll and other support Functions.

Time and Attendance:

o Monitor employee time and attendance records for accuracy.

o Assist with time off requests and approvals.

o Monitor overtime and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

o Perform regular analysis of the time off accruals and system accuracy Reporting and Analytics:

o Prepare various HR reports, such as headcount analysis, turnover rates, and employee demographics.

o Assist with HR data analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

General Support:

o Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

o Assist to employees and managers with daily queries and requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite.

Proficiency in excel.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
