The mission for this role is to support the Philippines Account Operations team and work closely on Glints' HR Operations activities in the Philippines under the Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business. This role will focus on driving timely and compliant HR operations and other strategic activities to improve existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Payroll Support: Support with timely and accurate preparation and processing of payrolls and government reporting
- Compliance Initiatives: Drive strategic activities to improve efficiency and efficacy of operational initiatives
- HR Operations Support: Support the maintenance of HR operations policies and procedures, and help coordinate the end-to-end of employment lifecycle activities
- And other tasks assigned by your line manager
Who We Are Looking For
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university students who are available to work full-time for at least 3 months
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in in-house HR, Operations, or related fields is strongly preferred
- Organized and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
