Own Onboarding: You’ll be the first friendly face our new hires meet, making their first days unforgettable. From paperwork to team connects, you’ll handle it all with style.
Document Guru: Keep our employee files and HR docs in check like a pro. Whether it’s contracts, offers, or exit paperwork, you’ll have everything organized and running smoothly.
Master of Details: Miss nothing! You’ll make sure all our records, processes, and data are accurate and up-to-date.
Compliance Ninja: Stay ahead of the curve on procedures and policies. You’ll make sure we’re compliant and crushing it when it comes to audits.
Data Enthusiast: Love data? Great! You’ll manage HR info like a boss—track, report, and use insights to help us level up our people ops.
Research Buff: Got a knack for discovering new trends or tools? Help us improve HR processes by researching best practices that can take our operations to the next level.
Team Player: You’ll collaborate across teams to help streamline our HR ops and make sure everything is running as smooth as butter.

Experience: 2-3 years in HR Operations (bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced startup).
Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business, Strategy or something equally cool.

Can juggle multiple tasks while still nailing them all.
Solid with HR systems and Excel (you know your VLOOKUPs from your pivot tables).
A data junkie—comfortable with reports and using numbers to make decisions.
