Position summary
This position is part of the HR Operations team, where you will play a key role in designing and delivering an exceptional employee experience. Your work will empower our employees to excel, drive business growth, and ensure that our operations run smoothly. The team’s core deliverables include onboarding, offboarding, leaves of
absence, benefits support, payroll, data + analysis, compliance, operations/admin and employee support.
You will be based in Athens and will be part of an international HR team spread between Athens, Sweden, Canada and India.

Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring that all new hires have a seamless and positive transition into the company
Coordinate offboarding procedures, in alignment with the external payroll vendor
Track, Administer and maintain all employee leave entitlements (annual, sick, maternity, parental leaves etc.)
Provide guidance and support to our HR Business Partners for day-to-day employee requests (leaves, payroll, benefits etc.)
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Generate and analyze HR reports as needed
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management & contract administration
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
Handle all tasks related to private insurance and prepare the necessary documentation for the occupational doctor
Collaborate with the payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
