General Summary:

The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the human resource processes that enhance the organization's operations. This role works in partnership with Talent and HR teams to ensure accuracy in HRIS systems, reporting, and HR auditing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This role has a focus on benefits and compensation. 
  • Provides support to the HR teams, with a high attention to detail.
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
  • Supports wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiatives for HR Leaders, the DEIA Council, and the Wellness Committee
  • Supports HRIS processes of intradepartmental transfers and reporting changes, etc.
  • Assists with weekly and monthly reporting and auditing • Recommends process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintains and provides support for the Career Framework architecture.
  • Manages, maintains, and audits the job description library, escalating issues if necessary.
  • Supports colleague recognition platforms by answering questions, performing uploads, and providing reports.
  • Documents, tracks, and refreshes policies and procedures on an annual basis or as needed.
  • Provides benefit support when needed (ticket board, qualifying event, administrative reporting, etc.)
  • Coordinates calendars and materials for The ConnectWise Way program
  • Assists HR with performance review cycles and 360 reviews.
  • Provides support for colleague questions and tickets.
  • Assists in maintaining HRIS data integrity.
  • Performs ad hoc reporting and project work within HR and working collaboratively with other functions.

  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with close supervision.
  • Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Results oriented, with a focus on solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist teams in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules.
  • Ability to work with high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaboration and team-focused approach to work with the ability to self-direct priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, information and identify pattern, trends, and insights to suggest appropriate solutions.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Office exposure in a customer/colleague facing role 

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location.
  • 0-10% travel may be required
