ABOUT THE ROLE
Accela is looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to execute on and support the successful implementation of global HR operations processes and procedures. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, you will support a diverse workforce that is distributed across the U.S., Ireland, the Middle East, and Australia. This role plays a vital role as a key member of the team and is dedicated to serving as primary first point of contact for Accela employees. The HR Operations Coordinator will accurately answer HR-related questions and manage basic internal and external customer inquiries related to HR in general across areas of HR policies, HR systems, benefits, immigration matters, and onboarding and offboarding procedures. The HR Operations Coordinator supports and facilities Accela’s HR processes and completes administrative tasks as assigned for all business locations. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude with a desire to broaden their HR knowledge and skillset.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000-$75,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
