In charge of the creation and circulation of the monthly internal newsletter.
Content creation for organizational updates, festivities, celebrations, and other events.
Assist the HR department in the management of compliance mandates.
Working in coordination with other departments and employees.
Assist the HR department in collating data for various requirements.
Conduct research on HR best practices and identify areas of improvement.
Plan, Organize and Conduct Employee Engagement Activities at the office.
Graduation in any stream
6 Months - 2 Years Work Experience in HR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office and GSuite
Knowledge and experience in basic poster designing
Good social media management skills.
Should be able to work for at least 8 hours per day.
Detail-oriented with a keen interest in HR Operations.
