Documentation Administration:
- Collect, organize, and maintain employee-related documents digitally and/or physically.
Payroll Processing:
- Collaborate in the processing of payroll, ensuring the execution of the processes previously established in the check-list.
Benefits and Assistance:
- Assist in the administration of benefits, such as health insurance, meal vouchers, and others, responding to employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with policies.
Admissions and Dismissals
- Participate in the admission process of new employees, preparing necessary documentation, and assist in dismissal processes when applicable.
Time Control:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of hours worked, absences and vacations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources from the various units, Finance and Legal, to ensure efficient integration of processes.

Having previous experience with termination and vacations calculation will be considered as a differential
Having previous experience with the SAP system will be considered as a differential.
This position will have a scope of action in the HR Shared Services Center, contributing to the execution of personnel administration processes for the various units of the company in Brazil.
