HR Operation Specialist

Role Purpose:

As the HR Generalist you will join a growing business to help support with day to day HR Generalist activities. Working closely with the HR Director MEA and the management team you will provide advice and guidance in areas such as onboarding, employee relations and policy development.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government updated regulations affecting human resources function and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with applicable labour laws.

Managing tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, warning letters... etc. in addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, and other formal papers related to the employees.

Good knowledge of company requirements with the Ministry of commerce, Ministry of HRD, Ministry of foreign affairs, customs, and others in Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge of Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Taqaat, MOL, medical insurance & CHI, Absher, and all the website/portals for governmental requirements.

Well informed on the current labor/ immigration laws.

Organizes legal and other translation of documents to Arabic from English, as and when required.

Advises the management on local and government services.

Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.

Communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needs.

Collaborate with the HR Director MEA to develop, implement, and administer employee policies.

Process work visas and handle relocation procedures for new hires.

Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.

Offer high-quality advice and service to the management team on daily employee relations and performance management matters.

Identify opportunities to enhance policies and procedures in areas such as Benefits, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Talent Management, Retention, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.

Support the HR Director MEA in health insurance and other insurance renewals.

Stay informed about national and provincial HR requirements to ensure company compliance.

Conduct background checks and education verifications as needed.

Requirements

2 to 5 years Administration experience in different business disciplines, with - great knowledge of KSA labor law.

Bilingual, fluent in English and Arabic.

Highly computer literate (MS Office).

Able to work under pressure.

Able to perform multi-tasking.
