The Basics:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our rapidly growing company and team. The HR Manager will build partnerships with leaders at all levels to develop strong organizations that enable the company to thrive and employees to experience Tanium as the best place for them to grow themselves and their careers. You will work with leaders and employees to solve complex organizational challenges with people-related solutions. This includes contributing to the development and managing the execution of people programs such as talent planning, organizational design, new manager enablement, employee relations, coaching, employee engagement, change management, and diversity & inclusion.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive and engaging work environment that encourages the full use of diverse talent and abilities
- Develop and implement engagement programs that are consistent with the strategic needs of the business and continue to build an extraordinary employee experience, fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion
- Translate the business unit’s need to HR and keep the business unit leaders updated on all HR programs and processes, contributing to change management to ensure HR programs are understood by the business and implemented seamlessly
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policy, culture and values, and make recommendations to help resolve complex and unique employment-related issues and support necessary course of action between managers and employees to drive positive outcomes
- Partner with managers on complex performance matters and monitor progress; coach managers and employees through corrective action and disciplinary actions as appropriate
- Address and manage employee relations issue fairly, thoroughly, and proactively.
- Work with the business unit leaders and all employees to ensure the Tanium values
- Solve problems and identify root causes of various complex issues, design and implement solutions across multiple disciplines, at times beyond HR solutions.
- Manage projects at various scale, with independent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Partner with various HR teams including Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and L&D to deliver people programs that are relevant and aligned to business needs.
- Make an impact with metrics, data analysis, and continuous improvement
- Monitor the "pulse" of the organization to ensure a high level of employee engagement
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Talent Development, Organizational Development or similar field or equivalent through a combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in Human Resources required; Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partnership experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English and Polish
- Solid knowledge of EMEA and Poland labor laws and regulations
- Ability to contribute to and deliver scalable people programs that are consistent with the strategic needs of the business and continue to build an extraordinary employee experience
- Ability to partner and help create a set of actionable and targeted change leadership management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and targeted coaching
- Have a strong depth of experience in employee and leadership development, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
- A mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
- Strong documentation skills
- Demonstrate commitment to helping employees and managers be successful and achieving those results in alignment with company values
- Other:
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience producing results with and for globally distributed business teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong documentation experience
