The Role
As Pantheon's HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the employee experience at Pantheon’s Manila office. This position blends human resources, office management, and facilities oversight. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive workplace, and managing the daily operations of our Manila office. This role requires someone who can balance HR expertise with operational efficiency to support our growing team.
What You Need to Succeed
Human Resources:
- Support HR functions for the Manila office, aligning with Pantheon’s strategy and values.
- Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations with confidentiality, professionalism, and a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage quarterly performance evaluations.
- Partner with the Talent team on local recruiting efforts.
- Lead employee engagement activities to foster teamwork and a vibrant office culture.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health standards and maintain a safe workplace (per Rule 1020 registration).
- Bring passion for creating a welcoming office environment and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Facilities Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Manila office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and amenities to create a comfortable, efficient work environment.
- Act as the primary contact for building services, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain the reception area, greet guests, receive packages, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Assist with meeting setups, breakdowns, and provide support for office events and functions.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to manage payroll-related tasks and maintain accurate financial reporting.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations.
- Proven experience in facilities management or office administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Experience in a start-up environment or working with U.S. or Europe-based organizations is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site 2-3 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
