Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily increasing capacity and, accordingly, the team. We are currently looking for HR Manager who will be located in Istanbul, Tuzla production site and conduct a strategic role with full scope of HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives for the production with 140 employees. Collaborate with senior management to understand and support the company's strategic direction.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates. Develop effective sourcing strategies, build and manage the team of professional recruiters.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance-related matters. Create an environment where teams have an opportunity to perform, meet all KPIs, to have an ability to control and give direction in case of such need.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by promoting a healthy work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Mediate and resolve conflicts, conduct investigations when necessary, and promote a culture of fairness and respect.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Collaborate with managers to identify career development paths for employees.
  • HR Policy Development: Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while addressing the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop initiatives and programs to foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Build the strategy to find and retain the potential leaders in the company.
  • HR Data Management and Analytics: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, track HR metrics, and generate reports on HR-related data. Utilize HR analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and practices.
  • Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in HR practices, policies, and processes. Proactively address legal issues, maintain proper documentation, and partner with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change, helping to minimize disruptions and maintain employee morale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher degree such as a Master's in HR Management or a related discipline can be advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of strategic HR planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and other HR functional areas relevant to the responsibilities.
  • Significant experience in HR roles, including progressively responsible positions with exposure to various HR functions minimum 3 years.
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment can be beneficial, as it provides industry-specific insights and understanding.
  • Strong business acumen to understand the production company's operations, challenges, and industry dynamics, enabling effective HR support and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior management, managers, employees.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic production environment with changing priorities and requirements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the production industry.
  • Understanding of HR practices that ensure legal compliance, including proper documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to employment laws.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with emerging HR trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Experience in production companies and dealing with blue collars is a must!
