What You Will Do

The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting the People function within the organization. Working closely with the HR team, managers, and employees, you will assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives. This role focuses on providing support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, Benefits Administration and HR administration.

  • Employee Relations:
    • Assist in managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
    • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
    • Help track and analyze performance metrics to support decision-making.
    • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and tracking employee progress.
    • Conduct training sessions on performance management best practices.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
    • Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
    • Process HR-related paperwork such as new hire forms, benefits enrollment, and terminations.
    • Support payroll activities and collaborate with Finance as needed.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Work with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate administration.
    • Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires and open enrollment periods.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives forward.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR roles or related positions.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • This is a 100% in office role.
