Our new Tech Hub in Krakow, Poland, represents a significant milestone in our growth strategy, and we're looking for exceptional individuals to help us build and scale our operations. As HR Manager, you have a great chance to go with us on this exciting journey. You will play a pivotal role in hiring and developing our cross-functional  tech teams in strong collaboration with the local Management. Being responsible for the high-class HR operations on the site, you will forster culture of collaboration, team spirit and drive for innovation and excellence. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to the success of our new Tech Hub in Poland.

Your playing field:

  • You will provide a strong level of support for employees based in Poland on all areas of HR.
  • You will be responsible for the whole employee lifecycle. 
  • Consult with managers providing daily HR guidance.
  • Coach and support managers on performance management issues and ensure that relevant development areas and corrective plans are in place and monitored.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to the management of employees and GDPR.
  • Prepare payroll and employee relations documentation. 
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Align HR activities with other entities and work collaboratively with the wider HR team on global HR initiatives and programmes.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Experienced. Have at least 4 years experience in a similar role. Would be a plus if one has experience in building up an HR function from scratch in Poland. 
  • Fluent in English and Polish (verbal and written)
  • Tech Savvy. Good knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office and win some extra points with us by having relevant experience with HR systems.
  • Collaborative. You will work with the finance team and other internal departments in providing HR data for internal reporting purposes and process HR related invoices.
  • Enthusiastic. You demonstrate passion for providing a professional and positive experience for employees.
  • Resilient. You thrive by working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
