About the role:
At Industrious, our people are our most important asset, full stop. As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of re-imagining what it means to be a best-in-class employer. You’ll join a small and agile team that is focused on moving the world of HR away from administrative work and into an employee experience function. You’ll work on solving questions like: how do we lead the industry in creating an exemplary hybrid work model? How do we continue to nurture and develop our top talent into our leaders of tomorrow? You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including our COO, whose remit includes HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience. This role will be based in Austin. We are not considering out of market applicants, unless they are open to relocating. We anticipate this role will require about 1 week of travel per quarter.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000.
The successful candidate's actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for a target annual bonus of 12.5% of your base salary, calculated based on personal and company performance.
