- Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, and evaluating employees
- Streamline the Org structure and build pay/salary bands for all levels. Pay equity (gender wise) analysis
- Conduct dipstick surveys to monitor internal equity and compa ratio for all levels.
- Measure metrics like - Compensation revenue factor, Bonus pay percentage, percentage of employees promoted, avg. promotional increase, benefits spend rate, average increment etc and present to management
- Manage and oversee the accurate processing and calculation of salary payments, benefits, and deductions with 100% accuracy
- Regulary monitor and track the employee turnover rate to identify trends and patterns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal poilicies.
- Analyze engagement data and metrics to report on trends, successes, and areas needing improvement to senior management.
- Create and maintain an internal communications strategy to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and feel valued within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop programs that support employee skill development and career advancement.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
