HR Local Representative - Middle East

We are seeking a skilled HR Local Representative Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR and administrative practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative support while adhering to compliance standards in the Middle East region. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • E-meet and greet our local employees in the Middle East and support the team in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for employees.
  • Serve as an escalation point for our clients’ employees and make sure their issues and concerns can be solved quickly.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and regulatory changes in the Middle East and communicate to the teams as applicable.
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Handle visa application and medical insurance enrollment for client employees and their dependents. Including preparation of documents related to the residence visa applications.
  • Documents submission/collection to and from the relevant government offices.
  • Preparation of employment contracts and other documents related to employee onboarding and post-onboarding requirements by the employee i.e. Salary Letters, Employee Confirmation letters, No Objection Letters, Business Travel insurance letters etc.
  • Maintain Sharepoint, and company portals.
  • Documents attestation/legalization and other relevant government offices.
  • Support clients' employees on services related to GoGlobal Concierge i.e. settling in Middle East, accompany employees in house, school and banks scouting.
  • Liaison with real estate companies, schools, and other GoGlobal’s partners related to the Concierge service.
  • Support the employees and dependents for Emirates ID Biometrics and Medical test.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for office and onboarding documents; Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Arrange schedule with office maintenance/cleaners.
  • Other Ad Hoc Projects being requested. 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge in the Middle East countries’ Immigration, Labor Laws and government liaison
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Arabic verbal and written skills are an advantage.
