▍ 工作内容：

• ＃早期協助本社搭建中國分社，建立完整的人事管理規章與召募任用制度。
• ＃負責執行在台當地的員工招募、甄選與任用召募相關作業。
• ＃負責台灣分社的薪酬體系搭建和改進。
• ＃後期職責將轉移到辦公室管理，員工關係管理和後勤支持。

Requirements

▍ 基本要求：

• 團隊管理經驗
• 對back office全體業務感興趣
• 有政府關係，勞資問題處理經驗

▍ 加分条件：

• 其他語言能力（英文/日語）
• 邏輯溝通能力優秀，具備領導才華
