The mission for this role is to support the People & Talent Acquisition team and work closely with our Market Lead in sourcing exceptional A players for Glints in CN region under the
Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business (visit
https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more!). This role will focus on sourcing to build a strong top-of-funnel candidate pipeline, assist in First Cut screenings, and HR Operations matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Effectively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, especially for our expansion in China region; Shenzhen, Shanghai, etc.
- Manage candidates' pipelines and regularly update the application tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct candidate screening interviews for Commercial, Sales, and/or Operations roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with leaders and teams across different countries; Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.
- Provide administration support in HR operations matters, finance, and EOR when necessary
- And other tasks assigned by your line manager
Who We Are Looking For
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university students who are available to work full-time or part-time for at least 3 months
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment, operations, or related fields is strongly preferred
- Good command of Mandarin (conversational and written) and fluent in English are mandatory
- Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.
- Target-driven with a focus on quality
- Organized and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
