Let's start with the role

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources within a professional environment. As an HR Intern, you will contribute significantly to the digitization of our employee records in Brazil.

As an HR Intern you will:

Assist in maintaining the electronic timekeeping system, including data entry and shift scheduling.
Provide support in processing benefits requests and employee registrations.
Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries related to timekeeping, benefits, and general HR matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR-related tasks.
Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
