As a HR Placement Student, you will work as a HR Generalist. Reporting into the Global HR Business Partnering Team, you’ll provide HR support to colleagues across 22 countries within our Global Corporate Functions; giving you exposure across the employee lifecycle, including:
This 13-month placement will provide a great grounding in the role of HR Generalist. You will build your knowledge of Experian and the HR department, alongside gaining exposure to the different specialisms available should you pursue a career in HR.
You will work with business leaders, line managers and HR colleagues from around the world, so we’re looking for people who have great stakeholder management skills and are flexible in their style and approach to work. You’ll also develop your understanding of HR processes and utilise data to solve business problems, meaning analytical skills are important.

To apply for this opportunity, you must be a current undergraduate at a UK university and be able to undertake a year in industry placement starting July 2025 and ending in August 2026.
We’re looking for students who are studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields (e.g. Business or Psychology).
Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, this role is based in London and requires you to work in the office weekly. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
