As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions. You will support HR initiatives, policies, and programs that contribute to the overall culture, effectiveness, and efficiency of the company. Your role will require collaboration across departments and hands-on involvement in all HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for open positions, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring employee understanding and compliance with policies.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and transitions.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach that is aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 of HR experience in a similar role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Specialist).
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues professionally and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
