What is the job like ?
- Talent Engagement (40%)
- Employee Pulse Check as per cadence:
- Drive regular employee check-ins to understand and analyze employee sentiments on relevant drivers.
- Support driving Quarterly and Annual eNPS surveysPlan, build and execute an action plan to enhance employee experience

Location Engagement:
- Conduct location engagement activities on the floor in-line with employees’ requests.
- 2 activities per quarter
- One large event like tournament/championshipsOne in-office event as a stress buster like card games
- Talent Management: (20%)
- Performance Management: Support the performance assessment process. Supporting business with providing guidance and ensuring timelines are met
- Build Succession Planning for critical roles and Key Talent
- Work with HR Business Partner and Learning Partner on BU specific projects and people initiatives
- HR Operations (20%)
- Be the single point of contact for all employee queries, concerns and requirements.
- Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their touchpoint for all HR related concerns.
- Handle complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation like joining formalities, adhoc requests, separation formalities, etc.
- Assist in the development, implementation, communication and streamlining of HR processes and policies.
- Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence basis research on industry best practices and efficiencies for employees and HR
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
- Provide assistance to stakeholders and HR Business Partners in routine activities and HR projects
- HR Data Management & Tech (20%)
- HRMS tool management
- Independently ensure all employee details and actions are recorded correctly on the tool
- Update employee details (personal + professional) as and when required
- Ensure all tool modules function optimally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience with 1-2 years of managing employee 1:1 connects
- Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels throughout the organization
- Confident, creative, proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them
- Goal-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are great at driving projects to completion with strong attention to detail
- Natural interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems
