How will you contribute to Skroutz vision

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Skroutz Warehouse and be part of the Fulfilled by Skroutz (FBS), our 3PL service integration with Skroutz marketplace. Please note that this opening concerns an onsite job, located in Aspropyrgos, Attiki. 

Through this role you will play a pivotal role in the FBS development, vision, goals, and values. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong HR & operational skills who enjoys tackling challenges and optimizing processes.

As an HR Generalist you are one of the main go-to-persons for the Warehouse team, representing and supporting them in all cross-functional communications and tasks while ensuring that daily people operations run smoothly. You have solid payroll and Greek labor law expertise and you understand Warehouse Operations & Workflows while being a Skroutz Ambassador when handling employee relations. You also have E2E HR knowledge, from hiring to payroll & benefits administration.

What you will be doing

• Respond to queries and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain and keep up to date employees' internal databases
• Coordinate with the payroll department and provide all relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days & work schedules)
• Prepare HR documents
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Assist in talent acquisition processes
• Participate in various People projects (e.g. help organize events)
• Onboard new employees and ensure their access to all necessary resources

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Junior People Partner and/or similar role
• BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
• Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
• Solid knowledge of labor law and payroll processes and flows
• Warehouse related experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Team player, enthusiastic and positive personality
• Self motivation and ability to work independently
