HR Generalist

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Assist with payroll processing and collaborating effectively with the Finance department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, job descriptions, and all other legal documents.
  • Generate reports on workforce and payroll data, adhering to regulatory and company requirements.
  • Conduct regular HR audits of the systems and personal files to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Manage HR databases, keeping information readily accessible.
  • Be a trusted advisor to employees, answering questions about policies, benefits, and labor law.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive first impression.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in planning and executing engaging HR events to build team spirit.

Components for success. You... 

  • Possess 3-4 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Have a deep understanding of Bulgarian labor law.
  • Are proficient in HR information systems (Haris a plus).
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (focus on Excel).
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Hold a relevant university or college degree.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a friendly and people-oriented personality.
  • Show initiative and creativity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
