Based in our bustling Munich office, you'll be working hand-in-hand with colleagues, especially focusing on your nearest team members, while maintaining strong connections with the HR Global team as well as rest of the Netlight community across all offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
People & Mentor Partnering – Deliver excellent HR services!
🚀 Ensuring that data within the Core HR System is accurate and kept up to date
🚀 Administrating offboarding processes from A–Z
🚀 Handling of contracts and employee requests
🚀 Dealing with daily ad-hoc tasks
🚀 Supporting our mentors with processes and compliance knowledge
Relocation – Create an experience!
🌍 Supporting our employees in smoothly relocating to another office
🌍 Handling of several administrative steps regarding commuting and transfers
🌍 Collaborating and communicating with other offices and functions
WHO YOU ARE
🌟 You have a university degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
🌟 You have 2+ years of full-time work experience within HR, preferably in high paced and creative companies
🌟 You naturally build trust and your communication skills are top-notch - C1 Level or above of German and English
🌟 You are a people person and a humble team player
🌟 You have a strong business sense, pay attention to detail & possess great organizational skills
🌟 You are ready to travel to other offices at least once a month
