Responsibilities
• R/R is mainly focused on the areas of Benefits, Regulatory Requirements, and related ops.
• Benefits Management
- Review overall benefit programs and optimize them
- Budgeting and forecasting benefit cost
- Manage the benefits related contracts, process, and execution.
- Update and communicate on the Rules Of Employment updates when necessary.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on the benefit related matters.
• HR Ops
- POC for the local regulatory requirements; mandatory trainings audit preparation, etc.
- Manage the requirement and process for 연구소 인력 and 병특 인력
- Support the payroll/Workday/Shiftee process
Requirements
- 1~2 years of experience in benefits, payroll, HR data/system mgt, or any other HR ops.
- Working experience with Workday is preferred.
- Basic knowledge on the labor regulations
- Good communication skills
- English communication skills
