ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of HR experience and a strong ability to manage task-oriented HR functions, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll assistance, and general employee support. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation while maintaining a positive employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and provide employees with guidance on available benefits options.
  • Assist in processing payroll by gathering and verifying timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other workplace matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws by assisting with audits and reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final payroll processing.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or related role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
