Let’s start with the role

We're looking for an HR Generalist, a dynamic and organized self-starter, who will build trusted relationships with the business, roll out the HR strategy successfully and also translate business needs into actionable plans for our team members. The primary goal of our HR Generalist is to collaborate with our Business Leaders, consulting and advising on HR related issues, encouraging them to be passionate about People so as to ensure that we retain and engage our employees.

As an HR Generalist you will:
  • Act as an advisor on all people related matters by providing guidance, and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives.
  • Participate in the annual performance management process, providing advice to managers and employees throughout the year.
  • Participate in the calibration meetings, providing all the necessary information to managers and presenting the HR point of view.
  • Participate in the annual salary review suggestions and bonus allocation.
  • Ensure the communication of employee engagement survey results to all employees, facilitate relevant workshops and safeguard planning for improvement actions.
  • Offer guidance to managers on organizational changes, restructuring, career development and employee rotation.
  • Identify employee development needs and support L&D in the designing and implementation of the development plan.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, conduct HR interviews, provide recommendations to Hiring managers regarding candidate’s qualifications and skills and review salary proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with the CoEs and provide input from the business.
  • Leverage People data and dashboards to help the business make informed people decisions.

 

What you’ll bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field.
  • Desired Master Degree in HR related field.
  • Ideally 1-2  years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist in a high growth environment.
  • Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, L&D.
  • Experience in using data to identify insights that drive actions.
  • Interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
  • Sense of urgency along with a positive, pro-active “can-do” attitude.
  • Customer service mindset and good stakeholder management.
