Your main responsibilities

The candidate, reporting to the Italian HR Manager, will be part of the Italian HR team supporting the HR and administration activities.

In particular she/he will:

• support the delivery of the administrative day by day HR tasks to guarantee the respect of the local contract and legislation;
• ensure that the processes of attendance recording, holiday planning, etc. are adequately managed by the various company interlocutors using Zucchetti HRIS (external Payroll provider);
• support the elaboration of reports and data analysis, included those requested by Corporate and by the ADs, for the legal entities of the Country;
• Support in the recruiting process - from posts publication to interviews and final contracts activation;
• Supervision of the monitoring process of the safety courses imposed by D.lgs 81/08;
• Support to the organization of training course.
