About the job:
As an HR Generalist with Devexperts, you will play a fundamental role in the Local HR Team by ensuring all administrative processes along the employee lifecycle are carried out correctly. You will guarantee the proper management of benefits and internal policies, communication, and procedures concerning people, personal data and records, and payroll support. In parallel, you will contribute daily to the correct execution of our people's requests and answer any queries related to employees across the business in close collaboration with the other shared corporate departments.
In this strategic and dynamic role, the successful candidate will also support the Global HR team in implementing and developing HR processes, policies, and procedures.
We expect the HR Generalist to:
- Support contract management administrative process: admission, termination, extra agreements, changes to employment terms, the probation period communication process, and other HR documents such as employer’s statements or recommendation letters,
- Conduct the onboarding and offboarding of all employees, guaranteeing the information and documental workflow comply with Global procedures, and support employees through their life cycle in the Company,
- Maintain human resources records, including employment files (physical and online), and ensure proper documentation is generated and maintained regarding job information, compensation, benefits, etc,
- Oversee the administration of attendance and guarantee proper register of sick leave, short- and long-term disability, maternity/paternity leave, vacations, and holidays,
- Manage the portfolio of benefits in place, supporting employees’ requests and doubts about subscriptions, renewals, and payments, and take care of all the benefits suppliers' communications, along with all benefits’ payments, accurate data, and invoices,
- Support the payroll process by providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters, tracking employee absences, handling payment issues, assisting the accounting department, and collaborating with other financial personnel,
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, proposing improvements in the process and workflows, namely with H&S and Insurance (work and travel),
- Assist the HR Team with constantly updating guidelines and policies, guaranteeing employees’ acknowledgment and engagement with internal information by creating and updating information about the office and internal processes on Confluence,
- Guarantee all information to managers and employees, asset motivation and engagement, and support the HR Team in resolving employee relations issues and addressing grievances and concerns,
- Support global teams with special improvement projects, namely automatization and data collection or employee experience monitoring, as well as contribute to internal initiatives that raise employee satisfaction and link with the Company, such as recognition and rewards, work-life balance, and employee well-being initiatives.
Must-have skills:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields with relevant experience/knowledge on the HR front,
- HR Manager or HR Generalist roles in nearest experience (at least 3 years),
- Combination of education and experience relevant to the role,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Aptitude for problem-solving and capacity to work with a multidisciplinary and international team,
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail,
- Capacity to work methodically and effectively with documents and internal systems,
- Ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, deadlines, and deliveries,
- Desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise,
- Fluency in English - spoken and written,
- Proficient MS Office user.
