We are looking for an HR Generalist-Contractor to join our energetic HR team.
Responsibilities:
Own the process of onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, I-9 verification, new hire orientation, creating accounts, employee training, exit interviews, etc.
Assist with recruitment process by checking with candidates’ availability and scheduling interview accordingly
Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agenda
Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements
Other duties may be assigned, as needed or warranted, by management
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred.
Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
