- Managing the recruitment & on boarding process
- Responsible for Background Verification process through 3rd Party agencies.
- Drive employee engagement Initiatives for the Business.
- Drive the Performance Management & Talent Development agenda for the business.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling
- Preparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition & HR dashboard
