HR Employee Experience Executive with French

Our HR Employee Experience area is a modern key support function. As an Employee Experience Executive, you will provide confidential client centric support to the Employees, HR and management teams alike.  Providing first line HR support on queries and questions from clients enabling swift resolution and ensuring best in class employee experience for all.  You will be able to embrace, articulate, and work with Company objectives, vision, values, purpose and methods ensuring a high standard of Employee Experience is maintained and implemented. 

You will work collaboratively across the HR function with a global mindset coordinating tasks and prioritising multiple projects from onboarding new employees, collating payroll amendments to managing risk, advising employees on policy & procedure and providing timely answers to queries.   

Delivering a high degree of professionalism and discretion you will know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees.  You will be a great ambassador for our brand, quick to relationships whilst providing great employee experience.

You are a competent contact person for our operational HR processes and for HR-related issues such as working hours, vacation, maternity leave, parental leave, etc. for our employees and managers.  You will enter and maintain personnel master and transaction data and create employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates and maintain personnel files, among other things.  You will be responsible for general administrative tasks relating to recruitment, transfers, promotions and terminations.

You will proactively and professionally solve HR support challenges and support the HR Business Partners in their day-to-day business.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Ensuring:

  • the timely and correct implementation of all HR-relevant processes and the associated administrative requirements
  • the implementation and improvement of HR processes in HRIS Workday and provide support in projects
  • close coordination and positive cooperation with our business partners and payroll partners rounds off your area of responsibility

You will:

  • be the interface to our internal Payroll team for your assigned business unit.
  • support in the maintenance of vacation and absence times as well as answering employee inquiries
  • critically question the employee data making sure it stands up
  • ensure the optimization of existing HR processes and tools

In your role, you will report to the HR EE Cluster Lead UK, IRE, BENELUX & FRANCE

Requirements:

You are a trustworthy and committed person and are characterised by a reliable and efficient way of working. You organize your area of expertise independently and always keep an overview, even under time pressure. You enjoy working in a team and dealing with people, which rounds off your profile.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (C1) and English (B2) is a must
  • Professional experience in operational HR work (1-3 years), preferably in an international service company
  • Good knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law preferable
  • Open and winning personality with a quick learning curve and a high service orientation
  • Strong team player with a proactive, structured and reliable way of working
  • Flexibility, engagement and very good organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of Workday an advantage
