We are looking for a Human Resources Effectiveness Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is a role with responsibilities on the EMEA level. In the Czech Republic, you will be employed by Merkle DACH, a part of dentsu. We have offices in Brno, with a very flexible home working policy.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- You will support the development of Workday, ensuring it aligns with EMEA needs and objectives.
- You will support technical and integration projects supporting business needs.
- You will align with the HR Platform team to ensure appropriate testing, changes, and integrations meet business requirements.
- You will ensure compliance with data protection regulations, Works Councils and Information Security.
- You will provide support and advice proactively and reactively in your area of subject matter expertise to stakeholders in HR and the business to maximise the use and adoption of our HR systems and processes.
- You will gather business requirements, inputs and feedback from local and global HR teams and the business and develops solutions that move the HR and business transformation forwards.
- You will coordinate different activities, workstreams and communication and manage them effectively, escalating risks or issues through the governance process.
- You will engage with other HR teams in markets and globally and build good working relationships that produce effective HR solutions and continuous improvements.
- You will business-as-usual support, including updating documentation, tracking progress and service quality and identifying opportunities for improvements.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have advanced written and spoken English language skills
- 2+ years of professional experience with HRIS
- Have high technical proficiency with Workday, with a deep understanding of its functionalities, capabilities and business processes, and the ability to ensure testing, changes, and integrations meet business requirements
- Have good project management skills, with the ability to support business needs through effective project planning and execution
- Understand data protection regulations, Works Councils, and information security and the ability to ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations
- Know how to maximize the use and adoption of HR systems and processes
- Are skilled in gathering inputs and feedback from HR teams and business units
- Can coordinate activities, workstreams, and communication effectively
- Can manage risks or issues through the governance process
- Can engage with HR teams regionally and build effective working relationships.
- Can produce effective HR solutions and continuous improvements
- Can update documentation, and track progress and service quality
- Are keen to identify opportunities for improvements in HR systems and processes
